We ask the right questions: What data do you have? What's the sovereignty requirement? What does success look like? This briefing determines everything.
Architecture Design
We design the system architecture. Tech stack, data flow, integration points, sovereignty requirements, timeline, and cost are all defined here.
You receive a technical architecture document — not a pitch deck. If the design doesn't make sense to an engineer, we start over.
Fortress Build
Engineering begins. Weekly updates. You see progress, not promises. Iterative delivery where possible.
We build in the open with you — staging environments, weekly demos, and a direct line to the engineer. No agency layers.
Deployment & Handover
Full deployment to your infrastructure or ours. Documentation, handover session, and optional retainer for ongoing evolution.
You own everything: source code, models, data. No lock-in. Optional monthly retainer for maintenance, monitoring, and new features.
